• The above rate included 21% Government tax & service charges
• 50% deposit of the total amount is required for reservation guaranty and a secure payment link will send to the guest email for selected payment method as a proof of the payment receipt. It must present upon check in for verification purpose. The remaining amounts have to pay at reception counter in cash or credit card.
• The additional surcharge  of  IDR 300.000 / night will apply during the High / Peak season (1^st July - 31^st Aug) and (23^rd Dec - 5^th Jan).
• This is a Non-Refundable package and cannot be cancelled, however hotel offer flexibility in modification booking subject to the availability. No refund will be issued for No-Show (failure to arrive at the Hotel) or Early Departure/Check-Out.
